One of the things I learned from Mr. logie was that calcium in your ear can grow and hit your stirrup anvil and hammer. These are the most delicate bones in your body. They help you hear when they vibrate but if the calcium hits it the might break you will become deaf.
One thing I learned was Mr. Logey, that if he took off his ear piece he could stand under an airplane and not hear a thing. To not be able to hear for so long I don't know how he could even say a word to anyone. One more thing is I bet he was so happy to finally hear again. But scary since not hearing for so long.
One thing I learned from Mr.Logie, was that there was calcium growing in his ear and it kept getting bigger and soon it would get big enough that his Stirrup,Anvil, and Hammer wouldnt be able to hear any more.Know I understand how important the ear is.
One thing I learned when Mr.Logey visited was that calcium can grow to big in your ear and damage other importint parts of the middle and inner ear. I also learned that these are the tinniest bones in the body. I was tuched when he explaind it was the 1st time he had heard his 17 year old dahters voice. Mr.Logey is a great guy to me.
One thing I learned from Mr.Logie was that there are three little bones that are so small they can fit in a pea and that they are very important to you!
I hope that we can see Mr.Logie again soon!
One thing I learned when Mr.Logie viseted is about the ear peace that go's in your head to help your ears and how helpful and delicut
One thing I learned from Mr.Logi was that calcium can grow inside the ear and stop the hammer, anvil, and stirrup from vibrating and you can't hear. So he would have been able to stand under a plane and not hear it.
one thing that mr Laoge taught me is that calucim can build up in youre ear stopping you`re hammer (a very small and fragile bone that could stop vibrating if disturbed causeing you not to be able to hear and the calucim in mr Loage`s esr built up and stoped his hammer from vibrateing so he couldn`t any more but then he got a coaclea implant that made another path for sound to travel out through
One thing i learned from mr logie is that deafness can happen to anybody. I know this because when Mr.logie was about 35 he completely lost his hearing. Also about 33 babies a day get born with deafness or damaged hearing. 1 more reason is that there is more than 1 way to lose your hearing.
One thing that Mr.Logie had taugt me was that there is a surgery that you can have a surgey done to get your hearing fixed called a Cochlear Implant. While Mr. Logie taught me about it I thought in my head about how amazing it was to be able to hear again after 32 years of not being able to hear at all. Also I thought about how amazing it was for him to hear his daughter's voice for the first time ever and how there was somthing that he could do about his hearing. That is one thing that Mr.Logie had taught me about hearing.
I thing learned from Mr. Loagie was that the gift of hearing is a really spiecial thing because 1 out of ten babies born will have hear loss later or when there older. That is very sad because every bodyt should be able to hear.
One thing that i learned from Mr.Logie is that deafness is awfully sad. I never took the time to realize that it is agift to be able to hear. It must have been hard for Mr.Logie to deal with thea fact that the first time he heard his daughters voice was when she was 17.
I learned about the cholhear implant. It helps you hear a lot better. The gift of hearing is amazing. When you have the implant it is a very successful surgery. I am happy for Mr. Logie has the gift again. The gift of hearing has affect of changing peoples lives.
one thing I learned from mr. Logie is that when your deaf your not deaf forever. I lerned this when he said that he was deaf at one piont but no he's not.
one thing i learned was that he has a chip in his suface of his head and thats how he hears!
One thing I learned from Mr.Logie was how much hearing is important in our lives. Tecnologie is so amazing for the fact that he is completly deaf and can hear again. It was so crazy when he said that he had been deaf for 23 years and never heard his 17 year old daughter's voice!!!!
I learned that hearing is very aportant because u would not beable to listn to the birds the ocean .another i learnded is that if u go deaf that u will go throw alot of test and a also learned that mr logie was deaf 23 yr.
one thing I learned is that the first cochlear implant he recieved ran off of 4 AA batteries! tTthat must get hot+uncomfortable to wear!!!!!!
One thing i learnd from Mr .Logie was how impoprtant hearing is.
And he tought us how to provent from loosing our hearing to.
Mr.Logie lost his hearing when he was thirty years old.
He didnt get to talk or spend time with his dought until she was seven teen years old!!!
One thing I learned from Mr. Logie was how much you hear things. Also hearing is impotant becuse if you can't hear than you miss out on a lot of things . I also learned that Tecnologie is very helpful and it helps out a lot . Tecnologie can make deaf people hear again and it's crazy that that Mr.Logie was deaf for 23 years!!! Another thing is that the bone in your ear are very tiny.
One thing I learned from Mr.Logie was that hearing is important. If you cant hear you miss alot of things. Like he lost his hearing for 23 years and he couldnt hear his daughter for 17 years. That is extremealy sad!!!!!!!
One thing I learned from Mr.Logie is that hearing is a gift and not everybody is born with it. Only one out of every ten babies are born with it. If you don't have hearing you miss alot of things going on and you will be far behind what's actually happening. I feel sad for Mr.Logie because he couldn't hear for twenty three years in a row
I learnd so much about the ear one of the most inportant things i leard was that the ear is a gift and treat it like it is the best gift you have ever got.
One thing that I learnd when mr Logie is that your anvil sturrup and hamer can fit in side of a pea. Another that I learned is that if calcem builds up in your ears you can go completely deaf unless you get a cocler implant
One of the things I leard from Mr. Lugie was that hearing is a gift. One thing that shows this was how delect the bones in you ear are. Most of the bones in your ear can fit in 1 pea. In Mr. Lugies ear calcium built up and blocked the Hammer and Anvil from vibrating
I Learned about how the tuning fork.I learned, that when Mr.Logies Hearing Doctor put it next to his ear then nose,Mr.Logie said it was stronger on his nose.To me that was pretty impresive.
Something I learned from Mr. Lugie was the choclea. The choclea has really small hairs in it that turns sound into electrical signals and sends it to your brain. The choclea has liquid in it and is the smallest oregen in your body.
I'm still surprised you're deaf. you've blown my mind. That inplant was cool!
One thing that I learned is that if you get a cholear inplant it can bring your hearing back. This was stunning when I heard this fact about how it brought back his hearing.
One thing I thought was amazing was Mr.Lugie had a choclea implant which I am glad he finally was able to hear.
one thing i learned from mr.Logie was that you can get a chocler inplant if you cant hear so you can hear again. mr.logie had a chocler in plat when he could not hear at all and it brought back his hearing
I enjoyed Mr.Logie's presentation very much, and it was so interesting to learn how it was to be deaf. One thing I learned was that technology can help your health in so many ways, such as hearing. Technology can help by things like surgeries, or the machines that make medicines. Technology helped Mr.Logie hear again, and I'm glad that other people are hearing again as well, with the help of technology.
One thing I learned was that people who are deaf can still hear if they get a cochlear implant but it will take a alot of years to get your hearing back. Mr.Logie had got his hearing back after 23 years. Thats a pretty long time before you get it back but it must have felt good. The last thing I learned was that you lose your hearing when the anival, stirrup, and the hammer grow and then they stop and then you stop hearing.
i really enjoyed listening to Mr. Logie's presentation on hearing. he had a story that was slightly sad, but very interesting. one of the great things i learned from Mr. Logie, is that hearing is a gift, and some people are unfortunate not to be able to hear. but the good news is, that deaf people can get cochlear implants to help them hear again.
Some things I learned were that Mr.Logie had a cochlear implant. Before he had gotten it he was deaf for 23 years.
I think that it was amazing how the first time he had heard his daughters voice was when she was seventeen years old.It was very cool when he showed us how it was magnetic and dangeling from his head. The experience with Mr.Logie was really cool

Some things that I learned from Mr. Logie is that he was deaf and he had cochlier implants. It must have been an uncomfertable surgery even with the anestisia. I thout it was sad when I heard that just after he got the implants,he heard his 17 year old daughter for the first time ever. That must have been a really happy moment.
One thing I learned from Mr Logie is that is that a sond doesn't need to be ampliphed or turned up louder in order for you to hear it it can just be directed to your ear and you can hear the soun d better.
I think that when Mr.Logie came to Kelly Lane it was a cool thing because when I found out that he was death I was so amazed that he coulde not here. I just can't belive that he could hear that day because of tecnoligy. I liked that he tould us that he did not here his kid until she was 17. That just realy mad mw go wow that so cool.
One thing I learned from Mr. Logie was that hearing is a gift.It amazed me that his daugter was 17 and his first time hearing her voice was after the cochlier implant.
