Math Workshop

During Math Workshop the children are taught a skill or concept. They then chose how to practice the skill/concept independently, at their level. We focus a great deal on being able to construct our own mathematical understanding as well as being able to communicate how we solved mathematical problems. We often use manipulatives and math strategies to reach these goals.
