We talk a lot about constructive feedback and Twittiquette.  Would you be amazed to hear that we are not the only ones to do something like this?  Watch the video below of students in California who live their learning online, too.  What is one thing that they do that you do well?  What is one thing that they do that you would like to try? (These two things should be different.)  Use examples from your experience to explain.
